Discover Together Conference 2023

Welcome to a conference targeting study counsellors and career counsellors at Nordic universities!

Let’s meet in Uppsala and rediscover the power of networking in person! Uppsala University and SLU – Swedish University of Agriculture Sciences – welcome you to a conference with interesting keynotes and group discussions. This is a unique opportunity to gain new perspectives and knowledge.

One important aim with the conference is to build, widen and strengthen relationships with fellow professionals from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and Faroe Islands.

We start out with a broad perspective on society at large and move on to discuss factors that affect the transition from student to professional, and the role of the counsellor. Moreover, you can choose between parallel sessions to gain new insights and take part in best practices from fellow professionals.

In addition, you are invited to a welcome reception with opportunities to explore traditional student environments in Uppsala and a dinner at one of the student nations.

Since Uppsala is the home of two universities, you will experience the extra dimension of two unique university environments!

The conference will be held in English and take place on-site in Uppsala.
